Catching up after an absence. Beautiful umbrella, but especially impressed that you got it together to make your basement a therapy office. Always fantasized about that, but I tend to like to work with a particularly difficult population of adults and families who would stalk me to death. I would never have peace. It was especially an issue when my children were young, but even now. Best of luck!
